  • I changed my monitor, and the icons are too small.
    This may be happened because of the resolution of the monitor is high definition, so we proceed as follow:
    Right-click on the SiBolsa icon
    Go to Properties and select Compatibility.
    Select Disable display scaling on high DPI settings.


  • When I open SiBolsa, it shows a grey screen.

    This happens because there is a connection problem when you start the session, and your profile does not download correctly. To solve this, you can open your pages one by one to access your information and then save the pages.



  • When I try to open SiBolsa shows this message: "Enviando datos de Usuario"

    You must review if your user has total control permissions over the folder where Sibolsa installed. There are some common pats:

  • When I try to open SiBolsa shows this message: "El programa dejo de funcionar"

  • It does not open the login window.

  • I let open my session on another device, and now I can´t connect.

    You can connect through the mobile app from your cellphone or tablet with your SiBolsa user to disconnect the session on your desktop.


    Note: When you disconnect the desktop session, the information you were working on would not be saved. 


  • SiBolsa shows 0% of connection.

    This is because you don't have an internet connection; please review your internet connection.

    If you are using your user on the mobile app, this causes the disconnection on the desktop session.


  • SiBolsa does not show the maximize/minimize/restore buttons.

    If the maximize, minimize, and restore buttons or the up bar do not show, press the F8 on your keyboard.


  • SiBolsa shows the message "ERROR: No se ha podido iniciar el menú"

    This is caused because you have no installed the XML4.0 complement, to install this complement you can re-install the application or download the complement from the Microsoft website.


  • How do I know which version of SiBolsa I have?

    Open SiBolsa, left-click on the "Ayuda" menu.

    Select the option "Acerca de..."

    You can see the version on the window.
